Hospital Transition Support
Returning home after a hospital stay can feel overwhelming for both the client and their family. A Friend N Me Companion Care provides supportive, non-medical assistance to help make the transition home more comfortable and organized.
Our companions can help with settling back into the home, preparing simple meals, light housekeeping, companionship, reminders, transportation coordination, and making sure the client has the support they need as they adjust to their normal routine.
We also provide families with an extra set of eyes and ears during the transition, helping them feel more confident and reassured while their loved one gets settled at home.
From hospital to home, we're here to help make the transition easier.

Fall Prevention & Safety Support
Our Fall Prevention services are designed to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their homes. Our companions provide an extra set of eyes and supportive presence to help reduce everyday fall risks.
Services may include assistance with safe mobility, walking and transfers, keeping frequently used areas clear, providing reminders to use mobility aids, and identifying potential hazards within the home.
Our goal is simple: to help create a safer environment while providing families with greater peace of mind.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Companion Care

Our homemaker services help clients maintain a comfortable, safe, and welcoming home. Assistance may include light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, organizing, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other everyday household tasks. These services are designed to support clients’ independence and make daily life easier.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel valued, heard, respected, and never alone. Our companions and homemaker service providers are committed to treating every client with kindness, dignity, patience, and compassion while building genuine friendships and providing dependable support along the way.

Respite Care
Caring for a loved one is a rewarding responsibility, but everyone needs a chance to rest and recharge. A Friend N Me Companion Care offers respite care to give family caregivers the opportunity to take a break while knowing their loved one has a caring companion by their side.
Our companions can provide companionship, conversation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, recreational activities, reminders, and supportive supervision while family caregivers take time for themselves, attend appointments, run errands, work, or simply rest.

I AM A PROUD WIFE, A MOTHER OF TWO BEAUTIFUL BOYS, AND A DEVOTED FOLLOWER OF CHRIST. SINCE 2015, I HAVE SERVED OUR COMMUNITY IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AS A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT, GAINING VALUABLE EXPERIENCE
PRIVATE CARE, NURSING HOMES, AND
MEDICAL OFFICES.
I FOUNDED A FRIEND N ME COMPANION CARE BECAUSE I TRULY BELIEVE EVERYONE DESERVES FRIENDSHIP, COMPASSION, AND MEANINGFUL CONNECTION.
